Is this tax advice?
No. MoeMoney is a planning tool, not a tax advisor. All AI-generated recommendations should be verified by the advisor against current CRA publications and the Income Tax Act. See our Terms of Service.
How does the AI analysis work?
MoeMoney uses Anthropic Claude to analyze client financial data. Every finding includes ITA section citations, step-by-step calculations, source documents, and a confidence score. The advisor reviews and verifies before presenting to clients.
Is client data secure?
Yes. SIN and Tax ID fields are encrypted with HMAC-CTR at the field level. Session tokens expire after 4 hours (30-min idle timeout). Data stored in Canadian datacenter (Upstash ca-central-1). Full PIPEDA compliance with consent tracking and data purge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel via your Stripe dashboard or email support@vohux.com. Effective at end of billing period. Data retained for 30 days, then permanently purged with a deletion certificate.
What about my existing clients?
The 8-step onboarding wizard lets you enter client data quickly. Smart inference fills gaps with reasonable estimates — the advisor corrects them as real data comes in. Analysis works from day one even with partial data.
